Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, review, and execute UAT test cases, test scripts, and scenarios based on business requirements, ensuring alignment with quality standards.
  • Conduct functional, regression, data verification, and migration testing to validate system integrity, data accuracy, and ensure smooth data transfer.
  • Perform mobile application testing across devices to assess usability, responsiveness, and performance.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with development teams for timely resolution and ensuring system stability post-deployment.
  • Participate in migration meetings to understand data transition processes and validate data consistency post-migration using reports and queries.
  • Collaborate with business users, developers, and IT teams to clarify testing requirements, scope, and facilitate UAT meetings and defect triage sessions.
  • Provide test execution status updates, prepare testing progress reports, and support post-implementation verification to confirm system stability and functionality.
Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience as a QA, with a strong background in User Acceptance Testing, functional testing, and system implementation projects.
  • In-depth understanding of SDLC, testing life cycle, and defect management processes across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing UAT test cases, test scripts, and migration validation for complex enterprise applications.
  • Strong proficiency with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, Zephyr, TestRail) and SQL for data validation and report verification.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform functional, regression, data migration, and mobile testing to ensure system quality and stability.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with business users, developers, and IT teams.
  • Experience preparing testing reports, managing defect triage sessions, and ensuring successful post-implementation verification.
