Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while aligning resources and timelines for optimal project execution.
- Regularly reviewing task progress, adjusting timelines as needed, and ensuring all Stakeholders are informed of key milestones and potential delays. Tracking project performance against established baselines, analysing variances, and facilitating change requests to ensure that project goals are still achievable.
- Conducting risk assessments, developing mitigation strategies, and proactively addressing issues that may impact project timelines, cost, or quality.Ensuring that project activities comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements, while preparing detailed progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Coordinating with team members and external vendors to ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on schedule, while managing potential bottlenecks effectively.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in project management or program coordination, leading cross-functional teams and managing full project lifecycles.
- Proven ability to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while aligning resources, budgets, and timelines for successful execution.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello, or Smartsheet.
- Experience conducting risk assessments, change management, and developing mitigation strategies to maintain project stability.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills, with the ability to present progress updates to senior leadership and clients.
- Demonstrated expertise in vendor coordination, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance for project deliverables.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on maintaining project quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Experience working in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment with distributed teams.
